The idea was to design a beautiful, elegant, easy to use application for the Sikh prayers. I also wanted to include as many elements of Sikh art into the design to bring awareness to our rich heritage. The page borders and shape of the icon were illustrated from artwork during the time of the Gurus' and are a part of Sikh art history.

Having error in the bani was a major concern. During development we came aross some challenges that may have added or deleted characters. Please email us if you find any mistakes. Include the name of the bani, pauri number and line as a reference.
